Terms of Promotions and Offers

VIAS3D may periodically offer special promotions, limited-time discounts, or complimentary trials on select software, subscriptions, and services. Unless otherwise specified in writing, the following terms apply:

  • Eligibility: Offers are valid only for new purchases and do not apply to renewals or existing subscriptions.
  • Validity Period: Each promotion is valid exclusively within the stated date range. Orders must be placed during this time to qualify.
  • Non-Transferable: Promotions are non-exchangeable for cash or credit and cannot be transferred to another individual or organization.
  • Exclusivity: Offers cannot be combined with other discounts, bundles, or promotional pricing unless explicitly stated.
  • Regional Availability:  Promotions are valid only within North America unless otherwise noted.
  • Product Scope: Promotional pricing is limited to the specific products or services mentioned in the promotion.
  • Trial or Subscription Terms: Any trial or subscription-based promotion will include separate terms, disclosed at checkout or upon activation.

Currency Display

All prices on buy.vias3d.com are clearly listed in USD (United States Dollars). We avoid symbol-only displays to prevent any confusion regarding currency. If you have questions regarding pricing or taxes, please reach out to us before completing your purchase.

Fulfillment & Refund Policy

At VIAS3D, we are committed to delivering products and services in a clear, timely, and secure manner.

  • Shipping & Delivery: Digital products, including licenses and software credentials, are typically delivered via email within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
  • Returns & Cancellations: Digital Goods: Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items and must be requested within 15 business days of receipt. Prior authorization is required.
  • Subscriptions: To avoid renewal charges, written cancellation must be submitted at least 30 business days before the subscription end date.

Cancellation Policy

VIAS3D reserves the right to cancel a course with or without reason. In such cases, any registration fees and payments for any other costs already paid to VIAS3D will be refunded in full, or VIAS3D can provide a credit for any future class within one year from the first day of the originally scheduled Training.

If a paid registrant cancels a course reservation two weeks or more before the course start date, 50% of the fee will be refunded, or a full credit will be issued that can be used for a future course within one year from the original start date of the course.

No refund will be given for cancellations made less than two weeks before the course start date.

Hardware Policy

A virtual classroom needs to be prepared 5-days in advance of class start. If purchasing a class within 5 business days of class start, you must use your own hardware. Refer to the DS Certified Workstations for hardware requirements.

If using your own hardware you will be responsible to delete the software and provided settings, in order to remain compliant.
