Description

By the end of this course, you will be able to:

  • Extract closely-spaced eigenvalues efficiently.
  • Introduce imperfections into a “perfect” mesh.
  • Use the Riks method effectively.
  • Use damping to control unstable motions.

Notes:

  • A Virtual Machine (VM) and the appropriate licenses will be provided for all classes. If you wish to use your own hardware, refer to the DS Certified Workstations and ensure the relevant products and licenses are properly installed prior to the class start.
  • The class may be cancelled or postponed based on enrollment, refer to the Refund and Cancellation Policy for details.
